It doesn't get much better than this - TROK's Steve Padin just knows how to hit drums in the right way, man. I think his drumming carries this album; it's sensitive, thoughtful, and always on point. Considering the other insane talents of all the gentlemen contributing their talents to this album, the combination of sheer musicianship is unmatched pretty much anywhere else in the jazz/progressive fusion realm. I could listen to LIGHTBOX day in and day out, and I always find something new.
